High School objectives are:

a) to provide the consolidation and expansion of the knowledge built in the elementary education, enabling the continuation of studies in the completion of Basic Education and in Higher Education;

b) to consolidate in the student the notions of work and citizenship, in order to be able, with flexibility, to operate with the new conditions of existences generated by society;

c) to enable ethical training, the development of intellectual autonomy and critical thinking of students;

d) to understand the scientific-technological foundations of production processes, relating theory and practice, part and totality, and the principle of the present in the production of knowledge and know-how.
